The torque required for tapping pipe threads is approx. three times the torque required for straight threads. The SPEEDIO can tap threads for large size pipes, demonstrating up to 92Nm* torque.

High-speed tool change even for heavy tools
Tools up to 4 kg can be mounted.
A large forming tool can be used without dividing it. In addition, as the tool change time is minimized even when using a heavy tool ,
productivity is maintained.
High accuracy tapping
High-quality tapping can be achieved by the highest-level synchronization accuracy. This minimizes the increase in torque due to the deviation in synchronization between the spindle and feed axis, and effects on the machining surface.
